RDMS

1. The challenge

   The Directorate of Registration administers a workforce distributed across every division, district and register office in the country. Managing an establishment at that spread — who is posted where, which positions are sanctioned, which are vacant, and what a transfer does to the balance — is difficult when the answer lives in separate registers held in separate offices. Without a consolidated view, vacancy and posting decisions are made against a picture that is always slightly out of date, and always assembled by hand.

2. Our solution

   GIS mapping of government employees by division, district and register office — the establishment rendered geographically rather than as a list. Vacancy and posting calculation — sanctioned against actual strength, calculated live. Employment profiles — a structured service record per employee. Individual dashboard — an employee's own record and status. Administrative dashboard — establishment-level visibility for directorate management.

3. The outcome

   RDMS is currently in pilot with the Directorate of Registration, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
