Health and Gender Support Project

1. The challenge

   Health activity across 8 upazilas ran on paper — attendance, sessions and supervision reached the district office weeks late, if at all.

2. Our solution

   A Laravel API and Vue dashboard tying GPS-verified mobile attendance, session tracking and supervision into one live map of 77 unions and 284 facilities.

3. The outcome

   Every session GPS-verified the same day, and monthly CBA reporting with zero manual compilation.
